Erin Caswell

Erin Caswell joined Lewer Companies in 2011 and currently serves as the Vice President of Operations. In 2024, Erin was elected to The Lewer Agency’s Board of Directors. 

She has over 10 years of management experience, including operational strategy and business leadership. She leads the third-party administrator, operations, and technology departments for Lewer. 

Erin takes pride in always making herself available to troubleshoot complex claims and provider issues. Her passion is building teams that consistently go above and beyond for their clients and provide WOW! service.

In 2007, Erin earned her Bachelor of Science Cum Laude from Avila University. She also holds life and health insurance licenses.
